Painted Ladies (Ian Thomas Band)
(chorded by Joe Pezzola)
There are three chords in this song, Em - Am - D ,and its
for a beginner to play through with confidence
(The electric keyboard at the beginning doesn't sound good on acoustic guitar I just
up at the rhythm section and go from there)(This corrects the chord progression in the
and adds the missing chord for line three of the main verses)

Streetcars rolling by and airplanes flying high they all meant nothing to me
Am
No one ever looked my way or knew that I was there
Em
I kept walking and the rain kept raining until all the streets were bare
Em D Em D

I may be wrong but I believe that for the la la la la part, the cords should be Am and D, NOT Em and D. Thank you for this tab!

Classic song…thank you for posting

This is accurate- the Em D is correct. Just a part is missing - /C / G D / for the la la la part. Good work!
