maybe ure right =P maybe it's played in D but that's not hard work for U to change it in Full D

jeah i know but the bassist of bullet plays it in Drop C that's why...

Good. It works.. But, you could tune it to full D. That way, you'd play opens and not 2s; which would be easier.
