Hey, good job with this tab. I think the Intro chords are D# to D#sus4 (D to Dsus4 with a capo on 1) but all the other chords are right.
In the MTV Unplugged version, at least, i think the outtro is played in open D# by one guitar, and like you have tabbed by a second guitar.
Open D#, for those who dont know:
e ---> D# (Down one)
B ---> A# (Down one)
G ---> G (Same)
D ---> D# (Up one)
A ---> A# (Up one)
E ---> D# (Down one)
This way, the outtro can be strummed as...
